This empowerment programme was aimed at ensuring that young girls grow into being ‘independent and self-reliant’ women in years to come.

She runs a teen life skills programme called LIFT (Lifeskills Intervention for Teenagers) a programme that stems from her passion in working with teenagers, believing that if they are nurtured they will acquire the necessary skills to help them know themselves better, establish healthy relationships and be the best they can be in life. Both programmes were fully funded by Film and Publication Board for two years. The teenagers were involved in life skills programmes, educational camps as well as Teen Summits.
