Sinawo graduated from PE Technikon in 2003, where she obtained her National Diploma in Environmental Health. Her working career started in 2004 where she was employed by the Eastern Cape Department of Health as an Environmental Health Practitioner. In 2006, Sinawo moved to the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality as a SHE Officer where her real passion for operational Health and Safety & Wellness began. During the course of her employment at NMBM Sinawo was moved between departments setting up various Health and Safety Programmes along the way.
In 2010, Sinawo made a move to Transnet Port Terminals (PE) where she was employed as a SHE Official. In 2013, she joined the Coega Development Corporation as a SHEQ Manager where her SHE career expanded extensively into the realms of Project Management, Facilities Management & Wellness. In 2015 she was finalist for an award in Women in Quality, as an Outstanding Individual Achiever. Sinawo boasts 1years’ experience in the Health and Safety Environment.
